Diem Le
Executive Vice-President
Diem has over twenty years of experience as an executive and technologist
in Asia, Silicon Valley and Boston. Prior to PowerBridge, he was
a senior executive at several US software start-ups in the areas
of enterprise security, CRM and business-to-business technology
infrastructure. Diem was also a venture partner at Crimson Ventures,
where he was responsible for evaluating software and Internet investment
opportunities for the fund. Diem also founded AvantGarde, a consulting
organization specializing in assisting U.S. and foreign technology
companies with international sales and marketing issues. He is currently
on the advisory board of several technology companies in Silicon
Valley.
From 1990 to 1997, Diem served as Vice President of International
Operations for Programart Corporation, a leader in performance software,
where he successfully built the company's international sales from
scratch, leading to the acquisition of the company by Compuware
Corporation. Prior to that, Diem held a variety of management and
sales/marketing management positions for technology companies including
Hewlett Packard, IBM and Intermetrics. Diem holds a MBA from Harvard
Business School. He graduated cum laude from Harvard College, earning
a B.A. in Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Wei Chen

Officer
Wei has architected and implemented many highly-available and robust
commercial enterprise software products, ranging from distributed
computing infrastructure to business-to-business integration applications.
He has a long track record of conceptualizing and taking products
through the entire software development lifecycle. He has played
a key role in shaping companies' technology visions and has acted
as a technical evangelists with industry analysts and engineers.
Wei is an expert on J2EE, XML and Business Process Management (BPM).
He has contributed to various BPM standards such as BPML and BPEL4WS.
Prior to joining PowerBridge, Wei was the lead technologist in
charge of integrating web services capabilities to the BusinessWare
platform at Vitria Technologies. He also architected the XML-based
B2B integration system at Netfish (Iona Technologies), the IIOP
Proxy Server product at Visigenic (Borland Corp.), and the Java-based
workgroup information management system at Starfish Software. Wei
also held senior technical positions at Oracle Corporation and Prisma
Software (Borland).
Wei holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University
in Beijing, and a MS degree in Computer Science from Stanford Univesity.
